Reply from Holly, Age 12 - 01/11/13 - IP#: 99.240.155.xxx I'm sorry you're having A rough time Malaysia. Try to get in to the habit of getting 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week. (It's good to have a day or two break) I know it seems hard, but once you figure out a routine it will be a breeze. For me, I like to set up my treadmill in front of the Tv so I can watch while I'm exercising. Find something that works for you. Do you like dancing? Sports? Food wise: when you're craven an unhealthy snack, try a glass of water instead. I don't mean never have a snack, but eat in moderation. Counting calories maybe? Also, don't never eat the things you love, because you'll crave them more, just don't eat too much. Remember, out diets can't be perfect! it's ok to cheat every once in a while. And ignore those jerks who tease you, they have it easy and they don't get what we go through so ignore them definitely. Sorry this is so long, but I hope this helps!
