Ht. 5'4.3", Start: 202.6 lb, Today: 187 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Ugh sorry I was having a bad day. I feel ok-ish now. I'm not gonna make myself throw up I knocked some sense into myself and got some exercise instead. Sadness my favourite character on Degrassi died. I've lost some weight I hadn't checked the scale in a while, but I'm more motivated now. Good luck guys!
