Ht. 5'8", Start: 205 lb, Today: 205 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Hey guys im 13 years old and 205lbs. I really want to lose weight before school starts on Sept.4. but the only thing is that i will always go off track on a diet. how can be motivated 2 lose weight. plz help thanx.

Okay. So what you need to do is. Stop eating out. Only drink water. When ever you eat some thing. cut it in half. Ride a bike half an hour every day. And i garentee youll be loosing weight light every week. I promise. It sounds simple. and it is. it works trust me i lost 20lbs in two months doing that.

If you get off track maybe you were making unrealistic changes. Start slow and change that way.

Make a sign for your fridge. A pretty one with a before picture, a goal weight, room for an after picture, and motivational sayings. It is a great reminder of your diet in case you feel the urge to eat. Remember, nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Or so i have heard.. lol i have never been thin!
