Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 135 lb - wow ive lost 3 lbs! i made up this exercize plan that requires running a mile a day and exercizing for 20 mins the frts week i did this there were no results so i cut off soda and eating less and the next time i checked i weighed 3lbs less! i stopped exersizing for a little while cuz cheerleading season started again but im startin again since i know it works!

Ya soda is horrible for your body- even diet soda! I saw tons of reports about it on the news! Smart choice!!! :)
