I am willing to do diet and exercise but no one in my family cares, was worst is that school starts in 4 days.In four more days the bullying and humiliation will start again. is unfair how really skinny girls have the chance to go to the gym cuz they feel fat,while I dotn have the money or the help form my family to even go to a doctor.

Go on the choosemyplate.gov website and find out how many calories you need to stay at your present weight. You do not need or want to be hungry. That is not the way to lose weight. Continued and sustained exercise will help you to lose the weight. However, you must eat good food. You can eat 1 sweet a day. Eat it sometime in the middle of the afternoon. Don't eat anything after 8pm. because your body's metabolism slows down at night and doesn't burn as many calories while resting/sleeping. It is important to eat breakfast because your body is running a calorie deficit when you wake up. Eat smaller amounts of food throughout the day. Don't let youself get too hungry at any time. My guess is that you need approx. 1800 total calories per day. Your body needs proper nutrition. It make take a little time, but if you can stay active and eat a proper diet, you will be successful. Don't ever lose more than 5 lbs per week.
