Ht. 5'7", Start: 315 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 180 lb - ok todays cardio so far 60 minutes on the elliptical called the cybex it is the hardest machine in the gym i burned around 1065 calories and did about 1.75 miles and really worked hard with the resistance really high todays food so far breakfast bowl of special k wit skim milk snack a peach lunch a veggie burger 140 cal with a whole wheat bun 2 slices of tomoatoes a few cucmber slices and a bowl of fruit salad everyday i drink tons of crystal light and i forgot i did alot of weight traiing today and i am gonna do at least 20 minutes on the red (its and ab machine ) how do u think i do so far today

OMG that is fantastic! But I dont know about all of the exersize. You may even be cutting into the unhealthy range. Just keep an eye on that! But good for you!
