Ht. 5'1", Start: 162 lb, Today: 119 lb, Goal: 160 lb - hey everyone im really incecure about my weight i hate being fat i really like this boy but he wont notice me becuese im fat i need to lose wieght fast plz help me any one

I think that guys should like you for you... Not if you're skinny or if your fat... I don't think it should matter...

we should like make a club!!! i have the same issue his name is david.333 he has been in chorus with me 4 like 2 years this year will b 3 he' s not hawt but hes cute.and makes me laff and has the greatest personality (i kno it may sound corny or w/e)but i really like him hes my motavation when i exersise

Hey! You have boy trouble too? Same here sister! I absolutely LOve this guy named Billy and he is like really skinny (baseball player) and just HOT to the maximum! I know they say you should only lose weight for yourself. That it is all aboutyour health. But I mean, come on. Everyone wants the materiallistic part of being thin. So I am trying mostly for that purpose. But enough about my story: lets get to the good stuff- the tips! Excersize is key if you want to lose weight! It will either help you lose faster, or at a slower pace, but that way you dont have to give up as many calories. Be very careful about food labels: just because it says its low fat, doesn't mean its diet friendly. Quick example: one full fat pop tart is about 200 calories. One low-fat pop tart is about 190. The reason is because the flavor that they take away from the pop tart, they add in sugar. NOT good. Dancing around, washing a car, or splashing in the pool with your BFFs are great ways to exersize while still having fun! Be concious about what you put in your mouth and keep your body moving! You will be thinner in a blink of an eye! (But do it really SLOOOOOOOOOOW... lol jk!)
