I cant walk up a level of stairs without havin to take a rest. this is my average food i eat everyday BREAKFAST:pancakes with syrup 2 fried eggs and crispy bacon SNAK:3 paks of twinkes LUNCH: pizza and fries or a burger and fries SNAK:crakers and spray cheese DINNER:Macdonalds large big mac and fries and a coke+refil SNAK:potatoe chips! loads i know

Like maybe have just eggs and bacon with some juice for breakfest. and have some sort of fruit or veggie. Then have a healthier dinner. and lunch you could try a sandwhich with chips and water. or have a light breakfest and lunch and a filling dinner. and if you have dessert try having it 2 to 3 times a week. also get some exercise evening climbing stairs for 5 minutes could help then just increase the time.

It really caught my attention when that happened. I realized it was time to make yet another effort throughout the 8 years I've been obese. And this time I'm really sticking to it because people are starting to really notice a change and I love it. If you change what you eat and get a serving of 5 fruits and vegeta bles total per day you should have a pretty good start. BREAKFAST: 2 slices whole wheat toast Orange Yogurt (healthy like activia) LUNCH:Some kind of wrap tuna with tomatoes lettuce, cucumber ect. And an apple Dinner:Some lean chicken. (FYI don't eat anything like rice, bread,potatoes, ect. with meat because it is harder to digest) Salad (without dressing) SNACKS: 10 whole wheat crackers with 1 ounce ACTUAL chesse!! Or with 2 tbsp light philly chesse. AND A Special K bar! (NO SNACK SHOULD BE OVER 120 CALORIES) Excersise: 30 minutes walking 30 minutes swimming or bikeriding 100 sit-ups 100 jumping jacks NO EATING 3-6 HOURS BEFORE YOU GO TO BED because if you do itll turn into fat!All you drink for this day is water,and tea without sugar. (beacause drinks have lots of calories!) If you wan't you can get crystal light and have 1-2 bottles a day because it only has around 5 - 10 calories in a bottle.(Depending onthe type) I hope that helped!!! <3 GOOD LUCK
