Ht. 5'7", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I HATE BEING ONE OF THE FAT KIDS AT SCHOOL.WHEN IT COMES TO EATING I I SOMETIMES GO OVERBOARD BUT RARELY.ALOT OF TIMES I EAT OUT OF BOREDEM.I CONSTANTLY GO ON DIETS BUT THEN I QUIT THEM.WHEN I HAVE THE CHANCE TO I PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES.I WAS ON A SOCCER TEAM FOR 4 SEASONS AND I WAS ON A DANCE TEAM FOR A FEW MONTHS.I JUST NEED TO GET SERIOUS AND BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.

I know how its feels to be made fun of because im 5'8 and every1 makes fun of me because im SO TALL, and to be honest i dont really care because i know their jealous. Just because they make fun of you they know tht inside everybody their is something the dont like about themselfs and they wont to hide it because they dont wont to be teased too.

ok chill...... I am over 200 also..... and I ALWAYS fell sad cause I am "overweight" and I wanted to lose some pounds before skool well I kinda made a chart nothing big on a little paper telling me how many pounds I am today and want to lose during the week..... 1 or 2 pounds it a good start well I like you know going crazy when I hear my fav songs and atully I lose pounds from doing things that are fun so if you like doing one thing to to find a way to relate to it and exersizing at the same time......!
