Ht. 4'8", Start: 7 st 0, Today: 7 st 0 (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 6 st 0 - Hi this is my first time here. I'm not exactly fat but I have a very skinny little sister so next to her I look fat. I'm the smallest girl in my class but all my friends are also very pretty and slim. I don't want to lose much (I've read Girls under pressure by J.W and Summers Dream by Cathy C) but I need help to lose a bit of weight without mum or dad noticing. Please help! Flo :)  (Note: 7 st 0 is 98 lb.)
