the first thing you need to remember is that it is going to take time. First of all you nees to make sure you have a decent amount of excersise. Next you need to eat three health meals a day. And you can have health snacks which could be an apple, yogurts, and you should try to cut as much junkfood out of your diet as possible and drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day

I think you should not eat sweets, drink water, and eat veggies to lose 25 pounds. Dont forget to do about 20 push ups after you eat, so that you can lose some calories.
