Ht. 5'3", Start: 164 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 100 lb - WELL LOOK I CURRENTLY WEIGHT 164 AND I AM CURRENTLY IN A DIET WITH MY PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER AND HE MAKES USE DO ALOT OF EXERCISE IN HIS CLASS BUT I ALWAYD DO MILES AND WALK AND EVERYTHING BUT I STILL DONT LOSE A POUND AND I SONT DRINK SODA JUST WATER AND JUICE! Hey Chillax first... I now how it feels when you have to do gym and you can't keep up I feel that way all the time but the thing is to have confident in yourself so you feel comfortable doing and there is no reason to be nervous..... they are people too! and so are you.... so do you best and keep practing on running or something and try to have at least a hour of going outside!
