Also, instead of eating white bread eat whole wheat...Change things like that and in no time you'll loose the weight! That's a promise, I've lost 16 lbs, and i have over a 100 more to go! And you need to get atleast 30 minutes of exercise a day.Good luck, and I know you can do it!!
