Ht. 4'3", Start: 194 lb, Today: 194 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I dont like being fat :( I dont even understand why im so big though so I dont know what to do. I dont eat that much more than my friends but they are much skinner than me. Its not fair.
I want to lose at least 94 pounds before sumer but I dont know how to even start. I tried eating less food but I got so hungry I felt ill. Doing exercise makes me feel bad as well. I hate pe at school because I come last in everything.
Please help. What can I do?

I have the same problem of being overweight and it sucks but try to cut out some of the foods. For me it was chips every day I would eat them and I gained so much weight from it then my mom stopped me and it was really hard on me then eventually I got used to it and lost a lil bit of weight. And trust me I'm not that type of person so I believe if I can do it you can do it too. So remember cut out lil snacks you eat every day and try doing the 7-minute workouts from Meredith Shirk on you tube they are really simple and easy exercises. Well, you can start a Keto diet. you can look it up. Thire is some vides on youtube for good food. Meat is good for you. but, wach out for the carbs! Thay make you fat. But, this Keto diet helps you to be in good shanp and be hethey. I hope this helps you.
