Ht. 5'3", Start: 143 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Heyy. :]
I am sort of overweight, but not very much. But i would like to lose weight before i become majorly overweight. I would love some tips on how to lose weight, from others like me. :]
I am pretty muscular, and i can run for a long time. I play basketball and practice is everyday for about 2 hours. Which i know will help.
It is too cold out to exercise outside, and i do not have a treadmill or anything of the sort. So any tips and advice are much apprieciated :]

i am not as tall as you are, but i wish i was. I am pretty muscualar and i do a lot of sports. What helped me was going to gym, and using the machines there.I also made sure to look at what i was eating. Remember dont starve yourself EVER and you can eat everything, just in moderation. Good luck!
