Ht. 4'5", Start: 400 lb, Today: 400 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 300 lb - I am currently living at my girlfriends place. My girlfriend is bigger at about 500lb. How are we supposed to lose weight when get out of breathe just walking.
