Ht. 5'4", Start: 10 st 5, Today: 10 st 5, Goal: 8 st 10 - I started dieting yesterday and it is hard and I want to lose weight as I look and feel fat and need help please anyone!!!  (Note: 10 st 5 is 145 lb.)

well daniel.. i think you shld stick into it.. it will be hard but it will be good in the long run. good luck
