i read some where that women should eat 70g of fat a day to stay healthy and skinny so im gonna only eat 50g of fat a day and im gonna record everything ive eaten and all the grams of fat it has and total it at nighttime and if ive eaten over 50g im gonna run a mile the next day do u think this will work?
