Ht. 4'11", Start: 105 lb, Today: 105 lb, Goal: 80 lb - Well you know the wieght already and hieght and age. But one thing that is hard is loosing the weight! I swim EVERYDAY and 1600 meters every single day.
I'm a very fast swimmer but just can't loose the weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My freinds always say the word fatso so I thinks they are saying that I fat.:(. If you tell me any other way than eat less or more sports.
P.S. Because I do baseball,football,tennis,and swimming.

for a 4 foot, 11 inch tall 12 yr. old male you should weigh between 95 and 100 lbs. you really only have 5 pounds to lose. you could have that done in one months time. Eat less junk food and don't drink pop, switch to water.

ryan you dont have to eat less just change what your eating and ask your friends if they are calling you fat if they are think are they really your friends . !!! goodluck
