Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 97 lb - Me and three of my Bffs are trying to lose weight where all about 20-40lbs. overweight we want to weigh 100lbs. or less and don't have time to exersize any other advice

yeah 100 pounds or less is way too too skinny for your height. A slim healthy weight for your height would be 126 lbs. I suggest make your final aim that and don't get too carried away. If your body naturally feels it wants to drop further pounds then thats how your meant to be but if it doesn't then its a perfectly slim weight. good luck!

Im trying to do the same without excersising... its pretty hard so ur not the only one.

for you height 100lbs or less is bad you should weigh at leas 120 lbs
