hi my name is nicole im 12 years old 4'10 and weigh 164.5! I want to lose weight really bad. I'm sick of everybody calling me names my parnets do, friends, teachers, neghbors, and even my family! I've tried walking around my block for an hour every day but when i got on the scale after the run i would just end up weighing more! I've tried everything i almost tried starving myself!! I cant take it anymore i dont want to be fat! I was really skinny when i was 7 but now im not!! And no1 will go out with me because im fat!!! I want to lost weight!! i REALLY REALLY am sick of being fat and i dont know what to do!! I want to lose at least 40 pounds by augest! I dont want to be fat anylonger! Like i just bought a new pair of jeans and there all ready tight on me! I really want to be skinny again because that would make me feel better!! PLEASE help I cant take it anymore!!!

Plus you are still really young, I know a skinny, really pretty girl who is 18 and has never had a boyfriend. Lose the weight for youself and your health! You must boost your self esteem before you can lose weight. Think positive, and dont call worry about those who tease you, because they have their own issues, and take them out on you! Remember everyone is equal. To lose weight, it is simple like 3rd grade math. If you eat more than you burn, you gain weight, eat less than you burn you lose weight. So try to eat at least 1200 calories a day, and probably no more than 1500. Eat only when your hungry and not when your bored or sad. Do not eat in front of the tv, cause you dont realize how much you eat when your mind is busy and because it can easily make you want to eat more. Choose fruits and vegetables or lowfat or nonfact yogurt for snacks. Try to eat 3 balanced meals, grab smaller bowls or plates, to make sure your portions are correct. Dont deprive yourself of your favorite foods, just have a much smaller amount of it, and eat it only when your craving it. Drink water throughout the day, sometimes your mistaking hunger for thirst. For exercise, do anything: jumprope, shoot hoops, ride your bike, take your dog for a walk, hoolahoop, jump on a trampoline, play catch with your dog, anything, exercise doesnt have to be painful. It can be fun and can do something you enjoy. I know this is a long post, but I read your post and I wanted to help.
