Ht. 5'5", Start: 142 lb, Today: 141 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey i need help i want to be better i lost 12 lbs but i just put it back on i need help!!!

What you should do is start taking smaller portions with your food. Also eat slow because-1. you'll feel satisfied and 2. you'll know when you're full. I already lost eight pounds in 2 weeks from doing those two things and eating healthier foods. Also try to get some exercise at least 4 times a week.
