Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 110 lb - OMG guys... I am so overweight! I am trying to loose weight but it's hard because I can never get motovated! Its really hard for me because I have asthma! If anybody has any tips please help me!!

Hey Caroline, try some exercises that doesn't harm your asthma. I'm really sorry to hear about you having asthma. I used to had for 2 years and then I overcame it. stretches, yoga, and other exercises won't harm your asthma. When you go to school , if your gym coach haves you to run a mile , I'd rather walk(hopefully you told him or she about your asthma). Heyyyyy Caroline. I'm trying to lose a lot of weight too. What really helps me is that my mom sets up little goals each week for me so if I get to that goal i get a reward. Like, last week I lost five pounds and she bought me a new outfit. You don't have to work out all the time to lose weight either. Maybe walking 3-5 times a week around your neighborhood will help. Make sure you bring your puffer so you can take it when you need it on your walk. Don't push yourself!!!! Losing weight will come naturally. Another tip is eating healthy food and having smaller portions. One of my problems was that i always took too much so I gained weight. Just keep trying and you'll succed!!!!

i understand the breathing problem my friend has one and when we work out together i have to pace with her to do it but you can work out... try walks arouind the block or marching in place for a period of time it's a nice start as well as the basics.....also you are 12 over the years you will grow and the weight will spread out and reducde if you start something and stick to it.... good luck
