Reply from cait, Age 15 - 06/14/08 - IP#: 72.73.241.xxx Try eating a balanced diet full of water dense foods like fruits and vegetables instead of calorie dense foods. You do need some calorie dense foods but they should be full of protein like nut butters or dairy (or lactose free dairy if you are lactose intolerant). Try doing weight bearing excercise a few times per week, and don't overdo it, start slow with maybe some 5 lb. weights with you while you go for a walk. Also try cardio- biking, running, fast pace walking at least 4-5 times per week, if you can. Good luck!
