But just some advice when doing "girl" pushups (we call them Modified at my school) Our gym teacher told us the right way to do them so that we were actully getting exersise. You have to be supporting your upperbody with your arms and have your knees pretty far away from your arms and remember to keep your back striaght! *rach*
