please, people, listen to me! Just stop eating more then 10 grams of sugar in whatever u eat, and stop eating when u rnt hungry! PLEASE try it! You will lose weight like crazy! my dad did it, and in 2 weeks he lost 25 pounds! just try it!!! Please! You will be AMAZED w/ what happens! thanks~!!!!~

no, no matter what u eat, just make sure it has 10 grams of sugar or less in it, and u will be fine. Dont like have a 48 gram of sugar pepsi. I try and have less then 25 grams of sugar everyday. PLease. this works so well. I loot 4 pounds in 2 days. You will love it, just try it!!!!

how in the world can you eat just 10grams of sugar and still eat healthy stuff. I mean everything has sugar in it.
