I have the body more of a 14 year old though, so on things like this I put I am 14 because that's the kind of body I have. I look at myself and see a big fatty who is going to have to become skinny to become a famous actress and singer (which is what I want to be). I have a lot of muscular and bone problems in my lower bod, but mostly in my knees, so It is hard for me to do running or walking for exercise. May I please have some advice? No one has seemed to understand my situation.

Reply from Ben, Age 13 - 07/11/08 - IP#: 66.79.92.xxx I definitally understand your problem, as I have a bone disorder in my feet, causing me not to be able to take much walking/running. Just limit yourself - try to make your own efficient workout, it's actually a lot of fun! And if you can't do 30 minutes of walking at once, just spread out time. When I (finally) get to start my routine, I'm walking/running for 15 minutes 4x a day, not because I have to, more because I want to. Strength training for your lower body can help, too.
