I have already started eating less.I am sooooooo sick of looking at myself in the mirror.
Reply from Sierra, Age 14 - 07/20/08 - IP#: 76.31.95.xxx Some tips I use: eat dinner early [around five-thirty], exercise AFTER you eat dinner, do sit ups before you go to bed [around 100-200], exercise most of the week, don't just eat less but eat really healthily because it really makes a difference, also try to eat lots of protein and fiber, dont weigh yourself EVERYDAY because you'll just get disappointed and lose faith in yourself, and when you're bored and just sit around just try to meet up with some friends and get outside.
