I have a positive attitude, but I'm not sure how to get started. I've looked online, but I didn't find much for teens. Any advice? All input is appreciated.
Reply from Nicole, Age 11 - 01/01/09 - IP#: 142.167.57.xxx Hey , to lose weight you have to cut out junk food , like candy chips and pop. don't cut it out all togerther but only have some once and a while . secondly you have to excersise for atleast 30- 60 mins 4 times a week or more . Also try to eat lots of fruits and veggies. Hope it helps !!
Reply from fara, Age 13 - 08/05/08 - IP#: 67.161.91.xxx it's not that hard, just excersize like a simple walk or something and try eating lots of green stuff like lettuce or broccoli. try maybe searching for diets and use that as a basline for you.
