I'm so H.U.G.E! I'm 5'4" and I weigh 213 pounds! I want to lose about 100 lbs before the time I enter the 7th grade, which is in this August! I want to look good and I want to get this boy I really think is cute to like me!!! I know I have to exercise, eat less, drink water, and stuff like that, but it's hard! I mean, really, really hard! Does anybody have any advice on how I can reach my goal?! (Besides eat less, drink water, exercise, and cut back on sugar. I know that already!) Anyway I have here t give you advice because I think I am overweight also I weigh 195. But I am 5'6 although I am tall am still fat.I also realy like this guy totally hottie and he doesn't like me because I am fat. I have realized that in order to get what I want . I have to become what he likes. he is really tall so he wants a tall girl about his height and lik me BUT NOT FAT LIKE ME!! so maybe drink as much water as soda and juices butcut back . try to eat fruits and get 1 hour of exerise a day. Even if your with yur friends riding bikes but keep yourself active. Well good luck!!!

Just drink as much water as possible, no junk/fast food, lots of friuts and veggies, no soda d good exercise. I would love to help you in anyway I can.
