My weight is 168lbs and I need to get down to 120lbs by late April.I only need to work on my stomach and theighs.I need some workout tips because I have to lose 48lbs.

cardio is great (running,walking,riding bikes,swimming,jumproping all that fun stuff) also if you want tone do crunches for your stomach and lunges,squats for your legs do about twenty of each a night slow your intake of food down to about 1,200-1,500 a day and you will see results in about a week increase the intensity of your workout when it becomes less of a challenge..DRINK A LOT OF WATER that helps too
