hi im so fat i try everything and i just gained it all back plus more! I am 5ft1in. and i weigh (too much)...UH i am scareed too say it......a 195lbs. I want to have flat stomach (or at least a little flatter) by June. I NEED HELP! Badly! I need to lose At LEAST 50Lbs. if anybody has lost alot (at least 30lbs) PLS tell we what u did! What kind of exercise that is easy can i do? I want to it for a boy to like me but he doesn't like me because im soooooo Fat THAnx

Reply from ashley, Age 11 - 02/08/04 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx hey you know what you can do. drink tons of water and cut back on carbohydrates and junk food. start ou by doing 25 crunches to 50 crunche to 100 crunches to 150 crunches to 200 crunches morning afternoon and night. do the same with sit ups jumping jacks push ups and don't stop inbetween. Some good food to eat is lemon and lemon juice without sugar to kill stomach acids and make stomack skinnier and smaller. also eat celery without ranch or peanutbutter. that keeps the fat from sticking to the sides of your stomack and making your stomach smaller and skinnier plus flatter, the guy will really like you then.
Reply from Shawna, Age 15 - 02/06/04 - IP#: 24.71.223.xxx Hey, I don't know if it necessarly that you are fat it may be because you think you are fat and you do not have good self esteem and so the turns guys off if you are really shy and don't put yourself out there. I know this girl and she is quite overweight and she is so pretty and she has hed boyfriends. On the other hand I don't think I am that big. I am 5'7" and 150 pounds and I am average/big for my age. And I have never had a boyfriend before and you shouldn't feel bad about it. Especially because many of the guys that are very young care about that now because lots of them are small themselves. But once you get to be 15 and 16 and 17 guys have matured and they are like 6'0" tall themselve so they would be more comfortable going out with a bigger girl. I hope this helps. There is help in the future. Trust me. Guys are starting to become interested now. I have a good friend who is 6'4" and he is about 200 pounds and I like him so much. And he is comfortable around me. The weight will start to come off slowly, bbut then it should start to peel off. !!!! I used to be 140, but now i am 122 :)
