can you guys help me lose weight like exercises i can do to get the best results

Ok I have a question for you Raychel, did you lose any weight by doing these exersises. Just a question but it just seems like much when I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks by doing none of those.

Hey! here is some advice excersice excersice excersise ok now each day or atleast 3 times a week do 50 push-ups 200 crunches (non-stop) 200 sit-ups9 stop every 20 then start again) and also if u knwo hwo do a handstand and do pushups where u get in a handstand then bedn ur arms do atleast 10 of those and alsothen eat healthy have salads cereal "special K" and for dinner eat normal but just eat half of it then save the other half tomorroe for lunch and then u will eata salad or healthy dinner tht time and anytime you want a FATTNING snack go excersise instead but if u want a snack go eat a salad but then go excersise to lose some weight well hope it helps you it helped me i lost 10 punds in a month from doing that but i did all me excersises 7 days a week not 3 times a week but if you do it 3 times a week you lose about 10 pounds in says 2 and half months ok* ok* ur welcome GOOD~LUCK Luv, Ray Ray I'm a cheerleader lol lol lol lol lol
