Sorry for my last post, my computer went wack, and yah. Well, what i am saying is that plan your goals at 5 pounds at a time. And you will loswe weight much faster, ebcasue your brain is not focused on 10-20 pounds to lose, and pluse you will feel like your weight is going down more faster.
