Well the key to weight loss is eating less calories then you burn off. If you burn off all the calories you consume your body has to take calories from other places which makes you lose weight. You could keep track of your calories that you eat. Someone told me that if you take how much you weigh and add a zero to the end of it thats how many calories you should eat everyday. Like if your 150 pounds eat 1500 calories a day. But I think thats to maintain your weight so take how much you weigh add a zero and then take away like 300 calories or something...then you'll lose weight. Also make sure you exersise for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week! Well hope this all helps! *Rach*
