I weigh 160 and i would like to lose about 45 pounds by the end of Augest this year! Anyone got any ideas! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reply from A Friend, Age 14 - 04/18/04 - IP#: 64.235.180.xxx ***jumping jacks every morning and before bed :) ****sit ups...increase the # u do each day and it really works ***lay on your side on a flat surface and lift one leg up and down for a while...then lay on your other side and lift the other leg high in the air :) u can do this while watching TV too...thats why i like it!
