I'm Courtney and I am 4'11 and I weigh approx 125 lbs. and I'm looking for your help. I've been on swim team for the last 6 months and have slimmed down a little. But now swim team is over for the season and I want your ideas on how to keep losing weight during the off season...HELP ME WITH YOUR IDEAS PLEASE!!! I don't want to gain any more right now. yo whats up the smart thing to do is stay away from take out as much as you can. 30 min a day of work out like a 10 min walk morning after noon and night will help. you eat healthy and work out and you will lose wait you need to give it time it dont happen over night good luck!!

hi. i am 11. i am 5-3. i weigh aprox. 130. i have a risk of being over weight. i also play soccer and each season i lose 5 lbs. try it! good luck!

well in the winter you could go skating and sledding and like have snowball fights and like just play outside in the snow alot trust me it works ;)

Hi,
my name is brittany and i am from new york.
one thing you can try to do is try to cut down on the fatty foods. ( cake,chips,candy,soda, ext.) and try to eat foods with Low Fat or Fat Free on the lable. drink ice cold water with a lemon slice squeezed and dropped in it instead of soda and juices. Try to sign up in gym afterschool activities and take walks in the park or down a sidewalk everyday for 30-35 minutes. Remember that it takes around 10 minutes of non-stop exercise for your heart to pump at an arobic rate. Keep trying and go to the library for additional books on losing weight. GOOD LUCK!
