Reply from cheryl, Age 23 - 05/01/02 - IP#: 142.177.21.xxx To lose weight, you shoud try to get atleast half an hour exercise a day, (hopefully more), eat fruit and raw vegetables not junk food (chips, fast food, chocolate bars), and you should try to stop snacking between meals. You should also realize that all kids are different and some are built to be larger than others. That doesn't mean that you can't lose weight but you might have to try harder. Just remember that you need to eat to stay healthy, but junk food can make you feel tired and lazy because it has so much fat in it. The more fruit and vegetables you eat instead of junk food, the better you will feel.
