hi everyone. im not sure how well this will work but tomorrow im getting a mini trampoline and i plan to excercise on it for about 30min-an hour a day, hows that sound? should i do more or less? and besides jumping what else can i do on it?

plus the exersises you do on a tramp are good for you belly and your lungs!

ok i think yuor doing great! good luck. but i have soemthing to ask you. are you also watching your diet?
sometimes you may lose 200 cal. exersising but dont go grab a 300 cal candybar afterwords!

im only 151.5 and it says max 300lbs so im fine!

Lose a little more weight before you start jumping. Or it may break!!!
