hi evr1...I weigh 150 pounds and i'm 5'3 I want to go down to 95...would that be too skinny?

Reply from hhhh, Age 12 - 03/11/04 - IP#: 4.12.22.xxx I am not saying you can't, cuz you could if you tried hard, it's just to make such a huge change is not just going on a diet and then eating normally again, it is making a change of lifestyle, like me for example, I am 130 and i want to go to 115 (I am 5ft 4inchees by the way) and i realize I am going to have to change in my lifestyle, I am trying to get there, but I don't think it will happen, i guess what I am trying to say is trying making a more "realistic" goal like 135-140 for example, and then continue from there good luck!
