| Well, you need to stick to a daily routine. Wake up, and exercise.(Go for a walk/jog, do crunches etc.), and for breakfast, have something healthy like a fruit smoothie, or a protein shake. For lunch, cut up some vegetables and maybe some dip, and dinner, try a stir fry, or a vegetarian wrap. For snacks you can eat something healthy like fruits and things. On weekends/occasions eat some junkfood(not a lot), splurge once and a while. But remember you are beautiful the way you are. Join a gym, or a sports team, exercise and eating healthy is the key.
