Ok...the thing is PORTION CONTROL...EAT WHAT YOU want but dont overdo it!!! Thats the key!!! thats ALL you need! you also need to get out there and do some type of cardio (i.e.-running,walking, sports, swimming...anything GET ACTIVE,,,get off that couch and quit watchin tv!!! you should loose about 2 pounds a week...try to intake sugar at a minimum...excercise 3-5 times a week for 30 min (cardio like i said) and you will be great!!! just keep it positive!
