Hey ppl...i've been working out for half an hour every day for 2 weeks! I also have been eating really healthy! I know I have been burning more calories than i am takin in but this week i gained 2 lbs!Does anybody KNow anything i can do to make me loose a lot of weight fast and that is healthy? BY the way i weigh 192.5 lbs and i am 5 foot one

hey, i do the same thing as u. eat healthy work out, but i play soccer to.So that means i build lots of musle, when u work out, u can gain musle, my dad told me crunches can help make you stomich more strong there for making u look slim. trust me, im freakin about my weight to.

well dont forget that if you work out, you might gain weight due to building muscle. no joke, muscle weighs more than fat
