hi i want to lose weight and feel good about myself and i need to lose atleast 10 to 20 pounds in 2 weeks
Reply from tay, Age 11 - 04/04/04 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx hey i need 2 lose 20 pounds too but i dont think it is healthy to be losing 10 pounds a week! that would mean u would have 2 eat like NOTHING so i would just take it a lottle slower such as for breakfast a cup of cereal (measured) lunch- slim fast meal replacer..etc. snack-flavored yogourt non fat and dinner-grilled chicked and a salad with light dressing
