hiya, im so unhappy, i thought i was doing so well, last week i lost 2.5lbs then when i weighed myself this morning, i hav put 1lb back on!!!! if i eat toast for breakfast, a tuna or turkey sandwich for dinner and a jacket potato and tuna for tea and do an hour of exercise 5 times a week, then how much will i lose??
