If I exercise 2 hours a day but dont eat vegies will I lose weight?

Reply from Annie, Age 14 - 04/26/04 - IP#: 66.30.249.xxx it doesn't matter if u don't eat veggies or not... it's just healthier. and u have to eat smaller portions and don't push urself on the exercise part. try atleast 30 min-1 hr. a day. 2 hrs is too much because u won't have any energy for the rest of the week if u do that EVERYDAY.
