ok is this enough exercize 4 1 day:walk 15 minutes,run 15 minutes,jog 15 minutes,play tennis 1 hour,go on trampoline 30 minutes bcuz thats what i did today n i need to no if its enough n also i need sum tips on how to run cuz i get outta breath at liek 52 seconds n i want to liek love to run but i hate it soo tips help n does runnin make ur thighs smaller? and does tennis exercize ur thighs n butt? thx so many questions i just need the answers 2!!! thx again buh-byezers

thats more than enough excersise to start losing weight all u need to do is atleast 30 min of walking a day

1.yes2.just force yourself to run and think that you are not out of breath.
