Hey its me again. thanks for all your help!!! Unfortunatly i have a major problem!!!!! I just found out that our family is going to sand dunes(by the beach) in michigan over the summer for a week with 4 other familys iv known since i was 2!!! this may seem like a fun idea but the peson iv liked for as long as i can remember is coming! I need to loose weight fast and look reallly good in a bathing suit(2 piece) by the time we go. this is really important to me. pleeese help me with my thighs, legs, arms, butt, chin, back,stomach,and more!!!! please any bit of info you have counts!!!tnks, beth.

Hey well! If that isent motivation, I dont know what is. Well if you want to fix all those troubled spots, you gotta loose weight. If you want, you can email me and I can help you out! But basically, you want to go running or walking for about an hour 5 times a week. You also should lift weights because it helps you look toned and better. Also, the most important thing is food! You should eat ceraeal for breakfast. That means skim milk and only one bowl. Oh and not the sugary kind. For lunch have a small sandwitch with a fruit. And for dinner eat what your mom makes but make sure it isent a lot! For snacks, eat fruit. Dont eat a lot of sugar and drink tons of water. Fruit drinks are BAd and so is even DIET soda. It makes you bloated. Weigh yourself only in the morning once a week and hope for the best. If this means a lot to you and folow this advice you can deffinitly do it!
