good news!i lost 10 pounds 2 weeks ago!problem...i went to 4 birthday parties over the week and had 3 peices of pizza and 2 peices of cake at each party and a lot of other bad stuff and scince it snowed a lot here in Pittsburgh P.A. so it was hsd to get my usual a mount of physical activity I gained 13 pounds right back! now my weight is at 160! I used to weigh 147. Now all my clothes dont fit and im, in a word, huge, huger than ive ever been. I never really got teased about it before but now my weight is getting ridiculed all the time. someone give me ideas on how to easily and effectively lose 10 pounds so my clothes at least fit and im not teased as much.

its ok to slip once in a while but after u slipped u need to get back into schedule and drink plenty if water plus excersise a lot
