I have always thought I'm overwieght. The BMI calculator says I'm right on perfect but I wiegh the most in my grade level! Another doctor said I was overwieght. I want to go on a diet, (I already get enough excercise). Can someone please help me achieve my goal.

Hey,i'm anisha. Best way to lose weight fast and get leaner is to join your self in activities such as tennis or swimming.You'll have fun, not think about food and lose tons of weight!Try not eat junk food!Eat it like once a week. Drink atleast 8 mugs of water a day. Oh Yeah you want to do your outside activity about 2-3 times a week,on the other days walk for an hour,jog 30 min.or runfor 20 min.,rest on one of the week,try not to eat any junk food on that day.Good Luck! By the way I weigh 110 ,it's the highest i have ever been because i try to live healthy.P.S.Do everythin toget exercise(climing stairs instead of elevator)and do this for atleast 3-4weeks and you will see the pounds melting off.Keep doing this and you will be quite slim! bye and good luck.:->

you have the same problem as me the doctor says the same thing that i am over weight but if you go on the cumputer at 8 to 10 am or pm see me around and we can lose weight but dont become underweight

i know what you are talking about the same thing hapened to me the best thing to do is eat alot of rare vegetables and only eat fast food every 2 to 3 weeks.

if the calc says ur not overweight, then ur not. and not to be mean, but alot of doctors dont have uptodate info. so, just try to cut back on what u eat and add more fruits veggies water to ur diet. however, do not go on a diet.
